Solar Panels - SAP AssessmentsThe Standard Assessment Procedure is the Government’s approved method for calculating energy and CO2 emissions for new dwellings. It is used to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations Approved Document L1A by comparing the designed Dwelling Emission Rate (DER) with a SAP calculated Target Emission Rate (TER).
