BBAD Ltd has a paradigm for all its Architectural design work which is to create a ‘sense of place’ in all elements of our scheme. We work hard to deliver Architectural schemes that enhance a local area, both in design terms and by improving the amenities within that area.
BBAD Ltd has a wide range of Architectural design experience which has enabled us to work on a wide range of projects from Residential schemes, Commercial schemes, Healthcare projects and Educational projects. Our projects are based widely around the Yorkshire area, mainly covering Selby, Sheffield, Leeds, York, Wakefield and Rotherham but we have completed schemes as far North as Newcastle and as far South as Portsmouth.
BBAD Ltd has a vast amount of expertise in Residential Architecture and as a member of the Chartered Institute for Architectural Technologists (CIAT) we can provide CML Certificates (Certificate for Mortgage Lenders) if they are required, guaranteeing all Architectural Works when completed. BBAD Ltd are a firm believer that as Architectural designers in the Yorkshire area we should also project manage a scheme and are therefore involved in all the decision making of a project, this enables the project to run smoother and more importantly on time.
BBAD Ltd take pride in all aspects of Architecture and the Design process, from public consultations and providing feasibility layouts and conceptual schemes, to obtaining all necessary Local Authority approvals including Planning Applications, Listed Building Applications, Conservation Area Consent, Building Regulation Applications and NHBC Approvals.
BBAD Ltd has a high level of Architectural design experience which is linked to a high level of technical knowledge. We interlink SAP Assessments and EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) to our Working Drawings ensuring the best possible Specifications are wrote which in turn saves costs. BBAD Ltd utilise our skills as Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors to ensure Planning Consents are achieved easily in accordance with the growing demand for Carbon Free Housing. This ensures design aspirations and concepts are not just aspirations and concepts as we can guarantee what we are designing will be the finished building on site. Our range of sites has benefitted from our range of services and has ensured that the Architectural schemes we have worked on are completed ahead of schedule.
BBAD Ltd also utilise their wide range of skills whilst working on smaller projects such as loft conversions and extensions. Being able to do
this on smaller projects ensures a high standard of built form with lower build costs.
