We are BBAD Ltd, an award winning Architectural Design Practice formed in January 2008. BBAD Ltd has offices in Sheffield, Rotherham & Selby and has over 20 years experience in working on Domestic and Commercial Architectural Schemes throughout Yorkshire and London including sites in Selby, York, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Leeds, Wakefield, Central London and Outer London.

BBAD Ltd has a wide worked on a variety of Architectural schemes ranging from Masterplanning large volume mixed use sites to small scale one off house designs, to submitting Planning Applications for all types of Architectural schemes to submitting Building Regulation Applications for ourselves and other Architects. BBAD Ltd also design extensions and loft conversions for single dwellings and have been heavily involved with conversions of existing buildings to form Offices, Education Buildings, Healthcare centers, Barn Conversions and Residential Apartments.
BBAD Ltd carries out all our work to the highest possible standards and meets and exceeds the levels for Planning Applications, Building Regulation Applications and NHBC Approvals. Our work is designed to meet HQI Standards, Building for Life Standards, SDS Standards, Eco Homes Standards and Lifetime Homes Standards. We have an in house 3D Visualization team who can provide 3D drawings of all our schemes to assist us in obtaining Planning Approvals.
BBAD Ltd are Architectural Designers as well as SAP Assessors in Sheffield, Rotherham, Selby, Wakefield, York and Leeds who have formed good relationships with the Local Authorities. Using our Architectural skills combined with our Energy Saving accreditations, such as SAP Assessments and EPC’S (Energy Performance Certificates) we can ensure our designs are cost effective and can reduce the Carbon Footprint of a building.
